The Westown Project is a public-private partnership that addresses the growth of the Town of Middletown on approximately 2500 acres of recently annexed land on the west side of town. The study area is expected to develop rapidly with new housing, commercial, office, and industrial facilities. In cooperation with the local developers, the Town of Middletown has taken the lead on coordinating infrastructure improvements required to serve the new developments, including transportation facilities and utilities.
