*The Delaware Department of Transportation (DelDOT) is experiencing a lack of funding for many of its projects because of the increase of real estate costs, materials, and too many projects based upon the funding availability (see letter from DelDOT Secretary Nathan Hayward III).  A task force appointed by Governor Minner has been established to look at potential alternative sources of funding.  As a result some projects must be delayed.  The construction plan development for the US 301 and Levels Road projects are continuing forward through the use of the funds contributed by the Developers.  These plans will be completed prior to June 2006.  Additional funding sources must still be secured before construction can begin on significant components of the Master Plan.
